These Terms and Conditions apply to all service and repair work carried out by FEPS (WA) PTY LTD. By submitting a service booking request, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Service Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with any written quote or work order, form the entire agreement between you and us for the provision of service and repair work.
2. Booking and Scheduling
Bookings are subject to availability. We will confirm your booking and advise a drop-off time. We reserve the right to reschedule bookings where necessary and will notify you as soon as possible.
3. Quotes and Authorisation
Where a quote is provided, work will not proceed beyond the quoted scope without your authorisation. If additional work is required, we will contact you before proceeding. Verbal authorisation may be accepted at our discretion.
4. Payment
Payment is due on completion of work and prior to collection of your vehicle. We accept payment by cash, card, or bank transfer as agreed. Vehicles will not be released until payment is received in full.
5. Parts and Materials
We use quality parts and materials suitable for the work. Where possible, we will advise you of parts choices. Used or reconditioned parts may be used where appropriate and agreed.
6. Collection and Storage
You must collect your vehicle within 3 business days of being notified that work is complete. Storage fees may apply for vehicles left beyond this period. We are not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or personal property left on premises beyond reasonable care.
7. Warranty
We provide a warranty on parts and labour in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Warranty claims must be reported promptly and the vehicle returned to us for inspection. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, or failure to follow service recommendations.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service delays or vehicle defects not caused by our work, except where required by law.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel a booking by contacting us before the scheduled drop-off time. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee where work has already commenced or significant preparation has been made.
10. General
If any part of this Agreement is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. These Terms may be updated from time to time.
