North Perth sits between us and the city, which makes the workshop an easy detour rather than a trip of its own. Plenty of our customers drop a bike in on the way into town and collect it on the way home.

North Perth riders are mostly commuters running short, frequent trips into the CBD and Northbridge. That kind of use is hard on a motorcycle or scooter — lots of cold starts, lots of stop-start — and it is exactly the use case regular servicing pays for itself on.

Angove Street and the surrounding residential streets fill up quickly, and inner-city parking is expensive. Two wheels sidestep both, provided the bike starts every morning.

Not sure what suits you? Give us a call or read the WA licence guide.

What We Do

No-Start Diagnosis & Service

Short commuter trips are hard on a bike, and one that will not start is the most common result. We track down the cause — electrical, fuel or mechanical — and do the work to get you moving again.

Running Service & Inspection

Stop-start riding into the city wears a motorcycle or scooter faster than the odometer suggests. A full inspection and service keeps a commuter bike reliable through it.

Tyre Fitting

Supply and fit, or fit-only, across all motorcycle and scooter tyre sizes. City riding and kerbs are unkind to tyres — we can check them while the bike is in.

Need tyres as part of the job? See our tyre fitting page. Riding a Vespa? See our Vespa servicing. Or the general workshop page.

Servicing in North Perth — Common Questions

How far is your workshop from North Perth?

About 5 km, or around 11 minutes via Charles Street. We are in Dianella, at Unit 5 / 6 Cleveland Street — close enough to be on the way if you are heading into the city.

What does a service cost?

It depends on the bike and what it needs. Book online for free and we will give you a clear estimate when the bike arrives, before any work starts. Nothing goes ahead until you have agreed to it.

What if the bike will not start?

That is a common reason people call us, and a common consequence of short commuter trips. If it will not run well enough to ride in, we work with Perth Motorcycle and Scooter Movers, who handle transport across the northern suburbs.

Do you service motorcycles as well as scooters?

Yes, any make of either. Over thirty years of hands-on experience across Vespa, Piaggio, Aprilia, SYM, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Ducati and the rest — petrol and electric.
