Mount Lawley has the parking problem two wheels solve. The Beaufort Street strip is busy every night of the week, the side streets are residential and tight, and a car often means circling for a spot or walking the last ten minutes.
We see a lot of Mount Lawley students and hospitality staff. Shift work at odd hours, short trips, and nowhere convenient to leave a car are exactly the conditions a scooter or a light motorcycle is good at.

How far is your workshop from Mount Lawley?

Is a scooter or motorcycle practical for getting around Mount Lawley?
Two wheels suit the area well. Trips are short, speeds are low, and parking is the main friction — all of which favour a scooter or a light motorcycle over a car. The Beaufort Street strip and the ECU campus are both an easy ride.
What licence do I need?
A moped — 50cc and limited to 50 km/h — can be ridden on an unrestricted WA car licence. Any other scooter or motorcycle needs a motorcycle licence. Our WA licence guide walks through the classes, and we are happy to talk it through in the workshop.
Do you sell used as well as new?
Both. New SYM and Segway scooters, and used motorcycles and scooters that have been through our own workshop before going on the floor.
