Patrol is a family-owned mountain-bike brand with roots in United Bike, a bicycle business established in 1964. The family began manufacturing bicycles in 1991, and Arifin Tedja—the founders’ grandson—started developing Patrol for international markets in 2013. Patrol is based in Jakarta and says Australian riders help test and develop its range.

Patrol Australia states five-year cover for frames and swing arms on full-suspension bicycles. Running components and an e-bike’s motor, controller and battery pack are covered for two years, with the electrical-system cover limited to 600 charges where that comes first, or otherwise governed by the component manufacturer’s terms. The warranty is for the original purchaser, is not transferable and requires proof of purchase. Check Patrol’s current full terms before buying.
