 A moped is defined as a motorcycle that is designed so as not to be capable of speeds exceeding 50km with an engine capacity not greater than 50cc and is fully automatic with twist and go transmission. Saying that the majority of Mopeds easily do 65kmh. The Moped is for local suburban travel on roads with speed limits of 60 kmh.
